Luke Navin B. Pod. (Newc) M.A. Pod. A
I graduated from the University of Newcastle in NSW with a Bachelor of Podiatry in 2009. Prior to this I spent 9 years working extensively as an Orthotic Technician. The experience manufacturing orthotics in both large scale orthotic laboratories and private practice has developed my expertise in the prescription, fabrication and patient fitting of orthotic devices.
I moved to the Sunshine Coast from Sydney in 2012. Whilst in Sydney I worked at Manly Foot Clinic under esteemed Podiatric Surgeon, Dr Ozan Omir. My time in Sydney allowed me to be immersed in the management and treatment of chronic sports related injuries, diabetic foot conditions, and post-operative dressings and rehabilitation. I am committed to growing my podiatry and health knowledge to best service my clients, as such I routinely attend conferences and professional development courses. In 2017, I became an accredited Run Coach as wanted to be able to further assist my running clients.
I can often be found surfing at my local Peregian Beach, running with my dog, at Bunnings buying supplies for my latest DIY house project, or playing touch football as part of the Sunshine Coast social competition.
